Quite simply, in Scot’s Gaelic the word \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e“Mòine”\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e means\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003e “peat” \u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e— as in the peat smoke used to dry the malted barley — and identifies their peated offerings. There is an entire line of Mòine Single Malts with various finishes and aging regimens.
