This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen knives.

The body is made from Siamese rosewood with a buffalo horn ferrule

Suited for a 165-210 mm  gyuto or other Japanese knife.

Handle is sealed and buffed to natural luster
