This is an octagonal Wa Style Handle made for Japanese style kitchen knives.

 The handle body is made from Honduran Rosewood burl with blonde horn. 

Suited for a 210mm- some 240mm  gyuto or other Japanese knife. It’s 138 mm long, so it will fit well for the 240s that are measured from tip to machi. It will also work for most lasers. 

PLEASE NOTE : There is a slight visual defect with the horn,
